LEGISLATIVE COUNSEL'S DIGEST SB 2091, Committee on Natural Resources and Wildlife. State parks: concession contract: Crystal Cove Historic District. Existing law authorizes the Department of Parks and Recreation to enter into a concession contract for the development, operation, and maintenance of the Crystal Cove Historic District as a public use facility for a period of up to 60 years, upon those terms and conditions that the department determines to be in the best interests of the state. This bill would repeal that provision. THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. Section 5080.27 of the Public Resources Code is repealed.
