           COMMENTS

Purpose . This is one of three omnibus bills authored by the
Senate Business and Professions Committee, which is intended to
consolidate a number of non-controversial provisions related to
regulatory programs within the DCA. Most of the provisions
constitute minor, technical, and clarifying changes, while
others are more substantive changes intended to improve the
ability of the various boards to administer their respective
          programs.
