When a petition is circulated in more than one county for the recall of an officer, each section of the petition shall bear the name of the county for which it is circulated, and only registered voters of that county may sign that section. SEC. 2. Section 11102 of the Elections Code is amended to read: 11102. Each section of a recall petition shall be filed with the elections official of the county for which it was circulated.
