LEGISLATIVE COUNSEL'S DIGEST AB 720, Villines California State University: observance of Veterans Day. Existing law prescribes the holidays in this state for state agencies, public schools, and community colleges. Among the holidays prescribed in this state is November 11, known as Veterans Day.
