accept self-certification of completed continuing education (CE)

suspension or revocation, or both, against a licensee who fails
to complete the specified CE requirements, and instead subject a
licensee who provides false or misleading statements regarding
completed CE requirements to administrative citation, which may
include a fine or disciplinary action by CAB.

requirements, as specified, and to certify completion to CAB.

AS PASSED BY THE ASSEMBLY , this bill authorized CAB to accept
