           SENATE VOTE  :Vote not relevant  
           
          SUMMARY  :  Makes changes to the 2009 Budget relating to the State  
          Controller. Specifically,  this bill  :

          1)Reduces funding for the State Controller by $996,000.  This  
            reduction specifies that no funding shall be provided for  
            modular furniture.

          2)Urgency Clause.  Declares this bill take effect immediately as  
            an urgency statute.
