SB 473, as introduced, Wyland. Real estate: licensing.
Existing law, the Real Estate Law, governs the licensure and

Existing law makes it unlawful for a person to, among other things,
engage in the business of a real estate broker or a real estate
salesman without a license.
This bill would make technical and nonsubstantive changes to those
provisions.
Vote: majority. Appropriation: no. Fiscal committee: no.
State-mandated local program: no.
