   An act to amend Section 10 of the Family Code, relating to family
law.

   Existing law provides that in the Family Code, the singular number
includes the plural, and the plural, the singular.
   This bill would make a technical, nonsubstantive change to that
provision.

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

  SECTION 1.  Section 10 of the Family Code is amended to read:
   10.  The singular number includes the plural, and the plural
 ,   includes  the singular.
