   An act relating to state real property.


	LEGISLATIVE COUNSEL'S DIGEST


   SB 1167, as introduced, Cogdill. State real property.
   Existing law authorizes the Director of General Services to
acquire and dispose of state real property under specified
conditions.
   This bill would authorize the department to dispose of one
specified parcel of real property in Fresno pursuant to certain
provisions.
   Vote: majority. Appropriation: no. Fiscal committee: yes.
State-mandated local program: no.


THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

  SECTION 1.  The Director of General Services may dispose of all or
any portion of the following parcel of real property pursuant to
Section 11011.1 of the Government Code:
   The parcel consisting of approximately 2.59 acres, known as the
Veterinary Laboratory for the Department of Food and Agriculture,
located at 2789 South Orange Avenue, in Fresno, Fresno County.
