           COMMENTS

Purpose . This bill is a clean-up bill to AB 620 (J. Perez:
Chapter 458, Statutes of 2009). AB 620 establishes new minimum
size requirements and other changes to identification cards for
a specified class of registered professions. AB 620 removed the
required photograph from a card issued to a corporation, but was
silent on whether to include a photograph on an employee
identification card. This bill clarifies that the identification
card must include a photograph of the employee.
