   An act to amend Section 27360 of the Government Code, relating to
local government.

   Existing law authorizes county recorders to charge and collect
specified fees for services performed.
   This bill would make a technical, nonsubstantive change to these
provisions.

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

  SECTION 1.  Section 27360 of the Government Code is amended to
read:
