          STAFF COMMENTS: SUSPENSE FILE.

Age restrictions on the use of ultraviolet tanning devices will
reduce usage. A reduction in usage, estimated up to ten
percent, will result in decreased sale tax and business and
corporate tax revenues initially. Reductions in tanning device
usage may be partially offset by the sale of other products to
persons affected by the age restrictions.

Age restrictions will likely reduce the incidence of skin cancer
which would reduce health care related costs in future years.
