An act to amend Section 3037 of the Fish and Game Code, relating
to fish and wildlife resources.

SB 1288, as introduced, Harman. Hunting licenses.
Under existing law, a hunting license authorizes the person to
whom it is issued to take birds and mammals, in accordance with law,
for a term of one year from July 1 to June 30, or, if issued after
the beginning of that term, for the remainder of the term.
This bill would make a technical, nonsubstantive change to that
provision.
Vote: majority. Appropriation: no. Fiscal committee: no.

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Section 3037 of the Fish and Game Code is amended to
read:
3037. A hunting license authorizes the person to whom it is
issued to take birds and mammals, in accordance with law, for a term

30th 30 , or, if issued after the
