           SUMMARY  

          This measures designates, as the "Deputy Tony Diaz, Yolo County  
          Sheriff's Office, Memorial Rest Area," the rest area in Dunnigan  
          on Interstate 5.

           FISCAL EFFECT  

          Minor State Highway Account costs to Caltrans to make and erect  
          appropriate signs; these costs are fully covered by donations.

           COMMENTS  

           Purpose  . This measure honors Deputy Diaz, who was shot and  
          killed in the line of duty on June 15, 2008.
