           SUMMARY  

          This measure designates, as "Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.  
          Memorial Bridge," the Mission Avenue bridge over Interstate 5 in  
          Oceanside (San Diego County).

           FISCAL EFFECT  

          Minor State Highway Account costs to Caltrans to make and erect  
          appropriate signs; these costs are fully covered by donations.

           COMMENTS  

           Purpose  .  This measure honors the life and achievements of Dr.  
          King.
