This bill would express the intent of the Legislature to enact legislation to amend the Penal Code, relating to public safety issues.

The people of the State of California do enact as follows:

SECTION 1.  

It is the intent of the Legislature to enact
legislation to amend the Penal Code, relating to public safety issues.
