An act relating to highways.

LEGISLATIVE COUNSEL’S DIGEST

AB 401, as introduced, Daly. State Highway Route 405.

Existing law provides that the Department of Transportation has full possession and control of the state highway system. Existing law includes State Highway Route 405 (Interstate 405) among the authorized routes in the state highway system.

This bill would state the intent of the Legislature to enact legislation that would facilitate the construction of the Interstate 405 Improvement Project in the County of Orange.

Vote: majority. Appropriation: no. Fiscal committee: no. State-mandated local program: no.

The people of the State of California do enact as follows:

SECTION 1.  

It is the intent of the Legislature to enact
