	LEGISLATIVE COUNSEL'S DIGEST

AB 470, as introduced, Mullin. School safety plans.
Existing law states the intent of the Legislature that all
California public schools, in kindergarten, and grades 1 to 12,
inclusive, operated by school districts, develop a comprehensive
school safety plan that addresses the safety concerns identified
through a systematic planning process.
This bill would make a nonsubstantive change to that provision.
Vote: majority. Appropriation: no. Fiscal committee: no.
State-mandated local program: no.
