           COMMENTS

Rationale . The author's intent is to make conforming changes to
current law. According to the author, "AB 557 makes technical
changes that will correctly reference veterans' money and
personal property outside the home to match language used in MVC
1035.05, make references to "unreimbursed costs of care"
consistent with other code sections and to the terms commonly
used by veterans and the Department, and require the notices in
quarterly statements and pertaining to unreimbursed costs of
care posted at the Home comply with ADA font standards."
