   AB 674, as introduced, Quirk-Silva. Small business regulations.
   Under existing law, various regulations have been promulgated with
respect to the regulation of small businesses.
   This bill would declare the Legislature's intent to enact
legislation that would address issues relating to small business
regulations.

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

  SECTION 1.  The Legislature intends to enact legislation that would
address issues relating to small business regulations.
