AB 932, as introduced, Achadjian. Sex offenders: registration.
Existing law requires the registration of sex offenders and requires the Department of Justice to make available to the public via an Internet Web site certain information relating to certain registered sex offenders, including the address at which the person resides, as specified. Existing law requires the department to record the address at which a registered sex offender resides with a unique identifier.
This bill would make a technical, nonsubstantive change to the provision requiring the department to record that address with a unique identifier.
