An act to amend Section 16430 of the Penal Code, relating to deadly weapons.

AB 1009, as introduced, Mansoor. Deadly weapons: definition.

Existing law defines a deadly weapon as any weapon, the possession or concealed carrying of which is prohibited by any specified provisions of law.

This bill would make a technical, nonsubstantive change to these provisions.

The people of the State of California do enact as follows:

SECTION 1.  

Section 16430 of the Penal Code is amended to
