An act relating to infrastructure.

LEGISLATIVE COUNSEL’S DIGEST

AB 1066, as introduced, Holden. Infrastructure.

Existing law authorizes the legislative body of a city, a county, or a city and county to create infrastructure financing districts for the sole purpose of financing public facilities, as specified.

This bill would state the intent of the Legislature to promote infrastructure development.

The people of the State of California do enact as follows:
