   An act to amend Section 3003 of the Elections Code, relating to
elections.

   Existing law requires that a vote by mail ballot be available to
any registered voter.
   This bill would make a technical, nonsubstantive change to that
provision.

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

  SECTION 1.  Section 3003 of the Elections Code is amended to read:
   3003.   The   A  vote by mail ballot
shall be available to any registered voter.
