This bill would declare the intent of the Legislature to enact legislation to require a county, as a condition of receipt of funds from the Youthful Offender Block Grant Fund, to collect and report countywide performance outcomes and expenditures related to juvenile justice, and to require the Board of State and Community Corrections to collect and report this data in its annual reports.
