   An act to amend Section 66000 of the Education Code, relating to
postsecondary education.

   Existing law, the Donahoe Higher Education Act, establishes
provisions governing the various segments of the postsecondary
education system.
   This bill would make a nonsubstantive change to the act.

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

  SECTION 1.  Section 66000 of the Education Code is amended to read:

   66000.  This part shall be known  ,  and may be cited
 ,  as the Donahoe Higher Education Act.
