AB 1401, as introduced, Committee on Judiciary. Jury duty:

things, are not citizens of the United States, are not residents of
the jurisdiction they are summoned to serve, or are not posessed of
sufficient knowledge of the English language, as specified.
This bill would make technical, nonsubstantive changes to these
provisions.
Vote: majority. Appropriation: no. Fiscal committee: no.
State-mandated local program: no.
