           SUMMARY 

          This bill requires the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control  
          (ABC) to post its annual report to the Legislature on its  
          website.  In addition, this bill makes various code maintenance  
          changes to existing provisions of the Alcoholic Beverage Control  
          Act. 

           FISCAL EFFECT  

          Costs associated with this legislation should be minor and  
          absorbable within existing ABC resources. 

           COMMENTS  

           Purpose  . This is the annual Assembly Governmental Organization  
          Committee bill which makes technical, clarifying, conforming,  
          and non-controversial changes to the Alcoholic Beverage Control  
          Act.  The language contained in this proposal was put forth by  
          the ABC.
