An act to amend Section 52460 of the Education Code, relating to career technical education.

AB 1694, as introduced, Bigelow. Agricultural Career Technical Education Incentive Program.

Existing law establishes the Agricultural Career Technical Education Incentive Program, which requires the Superintendent of Public Instruction to award specified incentive grants to school districts that operate an agricultural career technical education program.

This bill would make nonsubstantive changes to these provisions.

The people of the State of California do enact as follows:

SECTION 1.  

Section 52460 of the Education Code is amended
to read:

for an incentive grant, pursuant to this article, for the purpose of
