California Legislature—2013–14 Regular Session

Assembly BillNo. 2370

Introduced by Assembly Member Chau

February 21, 2014

An act to amend Section 68566 of the Government Code, relating to court interpreters.

LEGISLATIVE COUNSEL’S DIGEST

AB 2370, as introduced, Chau. Court interpreters.

Existing law provides for the regulation of court interpreters. Existing law designates specified persons with the title “certified court interpreter,” and prohibits the use of that title by other persons or entities.

This bill would make technical, nonsubstantive changes to that provision.
