FISCAL EFFECT Negligible fiscal impact. COMMENTS Background and Purpose . AB 955 (Williams)/Statutes of 2013 requires the CCC Chancellor's Office (CCCCO) to establish a voluntary pilot program authorizing a community college district to establish and maintain a self-supporting extension program during summer and winter intersessions. Community college campus eligible to participate in the pilot are: 1) College of the Canyons; 2) Crafton Hills College; 3) Long Beach City College; 4) Oxnard College; 5) Pasadena City College; and, 6) Solano Community College.
