           SUMMARY  

          This measure designates, as the "CHP Officer Kenyon Youngstrom  
          Memorial Undercrossing," the State Route 680 undercrossing at  
          Livorna Road in Contra Costa County.

           FISCAL EFFECT  

          Minor State Highway Account costs to Caltrans to make and erect  
          appropriate signs; these costs are fully covered by donations.

           COMMENTS  

          Purpose  . The measure honors Officer Youngstrom, a six-year  
          veteran of the CHP, who was shot and killed in the line of duty.  
          Officer Youngstrom died on September 5, 2012.
