           SUMMARY  

          This measure designates, as the "Joe Eddy McDonald Memorial  
          Overcrossing," the Willow Avenue Overcrossing over State Route 4  
          in Contra Costa County.

           FISCAL EFFECT  

          Minor State Highway Account costs to Caltrans to make and erect  
          appropriate signs; these costs are fully covered by donations.

           COMMENTS  

           Purpose  . The measure honors Mr. Eddy for his years of service to  
          the City of Hercules and to Contra Costa County. Mr. Eddy died  
          on June 9, 2012.
