This measure on the date of the adoption of Senate Concurrent Resolution No. 5, adopts the proposed Joint Rules of the Senate and Assembly for the 2013-14 Regular Session, as set forth in that measure, as the Joint Rules, except as specified, for the 2013-14 First Extraordinary Session.

2thereof concurring,
That, on the date of the adoption of Senate
3Concurrent Resolution No. 5, the proposed Joint Rules of the
4Senate and Assembly for the 2013-14 Regular Session, as set forth
5in Senate Concurrent Resolution No. 5, except Joint Rules 51, 54,
655, 61, and the provision of Joint Rule 62(a) requiring that the
7notice of a hearing of a bill be published in the Daily File, shall
8govern relations between the Senate and Assembly for the 2013-14
9First Extraordinary Session and that the extraordinary session shall
10be in recess during the same time periods when the 2013-14
11Regular Session is in recess.
