Senate Resolution No. 2—Relative to the election of officers.

Resolved by the Senate of the State of California, That Senator
Darrell Steinberg be, and is hereby, elected President pro Tempore
of the Senate; that Gregory P. Schmidt be, and is hereby, elected
Secretary of the Senate; and that Tony Beard, Jr., be, and is hereby,
elected Sergeant at Arms of the Senate.
