   Resolved by the Senate of the State of California, That the
President pro Tempore of the Senate appoint a Special Committee to
wait upon his Excellency, the Governor, and inform him that the
Senate is duly organized for the 2013-14 Regular Session and is now
ready to receive any communication he may have to make to this House.
