Relative to notifying the Assembly of the organization of the Senate

Resolved by the Senate of the State of California, That the President pro Tempore of the Senate appoint a Special Committee to notify the Assembly that the Senate is duly organized for the 2013-14 Regular Session and is ready to proceed with the business of the state.
