	Chapter 33 of the Statutes of 2012, and to repeal
	Sections 15, 16, and 17 of Chapter 45 of the Statutes of
	2012, relating to Medi-Cal, and making an appropriation
	therefor, to take effect immediately, bill related to
	the budget.
