           SUMMARY  

          This measure designates, as the "Dean Patton Memorial  
          Interchange," the interchange between State Route 99 and Riego  
          Road in Sutter County.

           FISCAL EFFECT  

          Minor State Highway Account costs to Caltrans to make and erect  
          appropriate signs; these costs are fully covered by donations.

           COMMENTS  

           Purpose  . This measure honors Mr. Patton, a Caltrans maintenance  
          worker who, on May 2, 2013, while in route to Sacramento to  
          participate in the annual Highway Workers Memorial Run, was  
          struck by another vehicle and killed while riding his  
          motorcycle.
