The budget must include a statement of accounts payable and a statement of cashflow for the previous fiscal year, as well as estimates of accounts payable and cashflow for the current fiscal year and the succeeding fiscal year.end delete
This bill would require the Governor, upon full implementation of the Financial Information System for California (FI$Cal) Project, to submit an annual report that would be made available on the FI$Cal Project Internet Web site, that contains specified information regarding current contracts for services in the amount of $5,001 or more.end delete

Section 12025 is added to the Government Code,

13 A description of the contract and the services being
16 The name of the agency contracting for the services.
18 The name of the contractor and any subcontractors.
21 The effective date and expiration date of the contract.
23 The annual amounts paid under the contract, by funding
24source, to the contractor in
begin delete pastend delete fiscal begin delete years and in the current
25fiscal year.end delete
26(6) The annual amount, by funding source, proposed to be paid
27to the contractor under the Governor’s Budget.
28(7) The amount, by funding source, projected to be paid to the
29contractor in the fiscal years covered by the contract beyond the
30fiscal year addressed in the Governor’s Budget.

10(d) The information required by this section shall be made
11available to the public by posting it on the FI$Cal Project Internet
12Web site in a format that allows for searching and sorting by the
13categories listed in subdivision (a).
