An act relating to developmental services.

LEGISLATIVE COUNSEL’S DIGEST

SB 367, as introduced, Block. Developmental services: regional centers.

This bill would state the intent of the Legislature to enact legislation that would provide that the department require regional centers to develop annual strategic plans that address issues of cultural and linguistic competency.
