Existing law generally regulates the prescribing of prescription drugs. Existing law prohibits a person from issuing a prescription that is false or fictitious in any respect.
This bill would make a technical, nonsubstantive change to these provisions.

Section 11157 of the Health and Safety Code is

No person shall issue a prescriptionbegin delete thatend deletebegin insert whichend insert is false
