To the Members of the California State Senate:

I am returning Senate Bill 695 without my signature.

Prohibiting potential lessees as proposed by this bill unnecessarily
limits the California Science Center's revenue options and further
restricts the Center from pursuing partnerships that may prove to be
advantageous to itself and Expo Park as a whole.
