SB 704, as introduced, Walters. Capitol Area Plan.
Existing law designates the Capitol Area Plan as approved by the Director of General Services, as specified, as the official state master plan for development in the City of Sacramento’s central city. Existing law requires the plan to be used as a guide for the location of state buildings and other facilities in the metropolitan area.
This bill would make technical, nonsubstantive changes to these provisions.
