   An act to amend Section 5200 of the Business and Professions Code,
relating to outdoor advertising.

   Existing law establishes the Outdoor Advertising Act regulating
advertising displays within view from public highways.
   This bill would make nonsubstantive changes to these provisions.

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

  SECTION 1.  Section 5200 of the Business and Professions Code is
amended to read:
   5200.  This chapter of the Business and Professions Code 
constitutes the chapter on   relates to outdoor 
advertisers. It may be cited as the Outdoor Advertising Act.
