Existing law imposes requirements on the Department of Water Resources in connection with the preparation of a Bay Delta Conservation Plan.

This bill would state the intent of the Legislature to enact legislation establishing judicial review procedures for the Bay Delta Conservation Plan.

The people of the State of California do enact as follows:

SECTION 1.  

It is the intent of the Legislature to enact
legislation establishing judicial review procedures for the Bay
Delta Conservation Plan, as defined in Section 85053 of the Water
Code.
