          SUBJECT:  Month of the Young Professional.


          SUMMARY:  Proclaims the month of March 2015 as the Month of the  
          Young Professional.  Specifically, this resolution makes the  
          following legislative findings: 


          1)Young professionals play a significant role in the economic  
            viability of the State of California and the attraction and  
            retention of young professionals is essential to the future  
            competitiveness of California, its businesses, and its  
            citizens.


          2)Young professionals will convene the second annual Young  
            Professionals Summit on March 27, 2015 to provide social,  
            philanthropic, professional, and civic development  
            opportunities.


          3)The country's most robust economies are driven by metropolitan  
            areas infused with flourishing young professionals and  
            California has the responsibility to recognize occasions of  
          outstanding significance.
