P1 1Resolved by the Assembly of the State of California, That, during
2the organizational recess, no bill shall be placed on the Desk for
3introduction except by a person designated by the author in writing.
4The designation shall be filed with the Chief Clerk; and be it further
5Resolved, That the Chief Clerk or the Sergeant at Arms is
6authorized to receive from the Controller all warrants for the
7payment of Members, officers, and attachés of the Assembly; and
8be it further
9Resolved, That the Chief Clerk shall provide copies of the
10Assembly Weekly Histories to the Legislative Counsel, Governor,
11Attorney General, and accredited newspaper representatives.
