This measure designates, as the "Richard 'Dick' Dickerson
Memorial Highway," the portion of State Route 44 from Airport
Road to East Street in the City of Redding (Shasta County).

FISCAL EFFECT:
Minor State Highway Account costs to Caltrans to make and erect
appropriate signs; these costs are fully covered by donations.
COMMENTS:
Purpose. This measure honors the public service career of former
Assemblymember Dickerson, who served in the Assembly from 1998
to 2002.
