FISCAL EFFECT: Minor State Highway Account costs to Caltrans to make and erect appropriate signs; these costs are fully covered by donations.) COMMENTS: Purpose. This measure honor Mr. Fertig for his activism in support of bicycling in the Central Coast region and Mr. Douglas for his long career of state service, including 26 years as executive director of the California Coastal Commission.
